			<title>NCA Officiating Clinic March 6th.</title>

			<description>Anyone interested in officiating at USA Cycling road races, criteriums, time trials, mountian bike, and cyclocross races; the Nebraska Cycling Association will have an entry level C training clinic Saturday, March 6th. The clinic will be held at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. There will be no fees for the clinic. An annual USA Cycling officials license for 2010 is $35. This clinic is also open to anyone that is interested learning more about the rules of bicycle racing. 			<description>Omaha, NE -- A record turnout of nearly 40 Nebraska cyclists rolled into the Whole Foods in Omaha saturday evening to discuss 2010 racing, vote for officers and engage in a discussion that ranged from  Ride of the Year  format, improving the race experience, and growing the sport in our state.Hosted by the Nebraska Cycling Association, the meeting was led by 2009 President, Ryan Feagan, who was elected to a second year without contest.In addition to providing the assembled group with a detailed breakdown of rider demographics in his presentation, Feagan touched on 2009 event participation, USA Cycling, finances as well as the mission and purpose of the Nebraska Cycling Association.</description>
